The Role
In the team we are building - and further developing - our global leadership development offerings, establishing a global talent agenda with relevant interventions, introducing global succession mapping practices, refining performance management, onboarding, and engagement processes for the enterprise, while transforming our global learning and development impact with an upcoming and global Talent Marketplace launch.
The role will primarily be project-focused meaning that you will get a chance to create strong connections with our HR Business Partner function as well as with Line of Business depending on which project you’re working on. Three of the larger projects where you will have joint responsibility with other team members are within Global Succession Planning, Global Talent Agenda as well as in preparing and launching a Global Talent Marketplace.
Key responsibilities include
Some project work will require a larger portion of administrative work while other projects call for more strategic effort (usually your work combines strategic and administrative work). You will build, shape, and implement best-practices within Talent Management and have a close feel for what’s moving in the global People & Organization/HR landscape.
Your work require passion for stakeholder management and skills in organizational communication, and training of leaders, employees as well as the HR community in core TM processes will be needed too. In addition to the project part of the role you will also support the Global Head of Talent Management in ad-hoc activities that support the TM agenda and department.
- You will join or lead Global Talent Management projects
- Your role will consist of a mix between strategic and administrative work
- Build TM processes and practices in collaboration across HR and Lines of Business
- Build content for TM processes (based on insights to global best-practices) combined with support, administration, and execution of these processes in collaboration across HR
- Train leaders, employees as well as HR community in relevant projects/processes
- Ad-hoc tasks to support the Global Head of Talent Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Business, or in a related field
- Experience within HR and ideally within Talent Management
- You are a great team-player with amazing collaboration skills, you have a passion for TM and like to work flexibly from details to bigger picture thinking of things while being service-minded towards a broad range of stakeholders. You work proactively with flexibility and have excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
