The Talent Acquisition Specialist located at Saint Luke's Corporate office in Kansas City is an integral role supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing good customer service, administrative support, and the coordination of new hire onboarding for the Health System.
Shift: Full Time Monday- Friday
Responsibilities:
Onboard new hires in a timely and efficient manner
Submit and Monitor background check, education verifications
Contact new hire to schedule Employee Health (EH) appointment
Determine class requirements, schedule orientation, and classes
Communicate with HRBP/TA Partner/hiring manager throughout the process
Conduct HR appointment including verification of I-9 paperwork, verify licensure, certification and job specific requirements. Education documentation (when required)
Ensure integrity of personnel files by scanning documents into electronic personnel file
Answer new hire questions
Assist HR leaders and HRBPs front-office responsibilities
Processing unemployment claims
Able to On-board for Multiple Entities
