About this Role
We’re hiring a Corporate Recruiter to develop an unmatched recruiting strategy to source skilled and experienced candidates to support major projects across the Western United States. As the Corporate Recruiter, you are solely responsible for candidate sourcing, resume reviews, interviewing, and creating brand awareness at career fairs and events. You will recruit everyone from field to executive-level personnel. You will report to our Sr. HR Manager and be supported by a dynamic regional team and third-party recruitment firms to lead and broaden our corporate recruiting capacity.
What You'll Do
- Establishing recruiting processes to ensure a consistent pipeline of skilled and experience candidates for all projects, and administrative and executive teams
- Managing applicant tracking software and tracking candidate staging
- Sourcing candidates via the company website, online job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, career fairs, etc.
- Maintaining a database of job descriptions, screening questions, and candidate assessments
- Interfacing with HR, project managers, and regional directors to forecast workforce needs
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews
- Collaborate with recruiters from sister companies and regional recruiting leads
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs
- General administrative functions as they relate to recruiting
- Supporting initiatives to create marketing collateral as it relates to recruiting, brand awareness, and relationship-building
- Collaborating with third-party recruitment firms to broaden our recruitment capacity
What You'll Bring
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of corporate recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking software
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Experience recruiting for professional and/or field/labor positions
- Must be able to work autonomously and consistently manage a heavy workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel short-term to recruiting events
- Ability to generate creative and effective solutions for the challenges of recruiting in today’s market
- Willingness to learn why we’re passionate about the electric energy industry, and inspire that same passion in potential candidates
- Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $90,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
