Nashville based recruiting agency. Start-up office backed by the #1 recruiting firm in the hospitality industry.
Uncapped earning potential!! You earn a commission on every position you fill.
This position can be full-time or part-time.
Your earning potential will be directly associated to the amount of time and effort you put into the role.
*** Industry leading corporate training program will be provided along with on-going coaching and support opportunities.
Advancement potential will be available as I'm looking to hire the first members of my team and will be also looking to promote into VP/General Manager roles down the road, performance and qualification based.
Existing corporate contracts are in place, providing current positions and recruiting projects to step into. We will also be focused on developing our own clients in the Nasville market. The potential is unlimited. Hospitality is the core business, but we can develop clients in any industry.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in sales. Recruiting experience is a plus but not a must. 2+ years successful sales/business development experience or recruiting.
- Must be highly organized and accountable. Self-starter mentality. Positive attitude. Professional and respectful of others.
- Must have strong verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to handle a performance-based environment where your work ethic will dictate your earning potential.
- Must have a high level of integrity and be coachable.
- Ability to make a high number of phone calls daily from a home based/remote office setting.
- Competitive, driven, motivated individuals who want a very flexible schedule and uncapped earning potential will do well in this role.
- Preferred that you have experience in hospitality but not a must have.
Education or Equivalent
Experience:
College Preferred
Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills.
Strong interviewing skills and understanding of line of business/skill set labor market.
Successful track record as a recruiter and/or Account Manager; positive reputation as a relationship builder with market resources and networks.
