ARRO is seeking a Director of People & Human Resources to provide hands-on leadership to the human resources team and all HR functions. This position reports directly to the CEO. The Director of People & Human Resources will work collaboratively with leadership team members to advance the firm’s overall goals and objectives, becoming a trusted resource and business partner. The ability to implement standardization to drive efficiencies and advance integration across departments and locations is essential to the role. The Director of People & Human Resources will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, as well as tactical tasks including ongoing HRIS implementation. The ideal candidate will strengthen organizational culture and foster team cohesion, cultivating a culture that attracts the brightest and best.
Director of People & Human Resources position qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, essential
- A successful track record of progressive leadership experience with the ability to influence and develop teams, necessary
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, strongly preferred; with private equity, a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, related field, or, equivalent experience, required
- SHRM, HRCI, or continuing education certification, preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite or related software, required; Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required
- Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
