Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and placing top talent within the construction/home improvement industry, focusing specifically on commission sales representatives skilled in direct sales of interior glass and aluminum room dividers, partitions, and doors. The ideal candidate will have access to advanced recruiting tools and networks to efficiently find, assess, and recruit candidates who can drive sales growth through direct customer engagement.
This is a 3 month contract (with potential extension), 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:-
Leverage sourcing strategies to attract experienced commission sales executives and Business development sales executives with a background in direct sales within the construction industry.

Utilize a variety of recruiting methods to identify and approach potential candidates, including top performers within the industry.

Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' experience, skills, and alignment with company culture and sales goals.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and HR Generalist, providing all necessary information and support to both parties throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with HR Generalist to understand specific job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sales targets.
Qualifications:-
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a preference for those who have specialized in commission sales roles within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of direct sales dynamics and the specific skills required for success in commission-based sales positions.

Recruiter must have personal database/accounts for recruiting (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc)

Access to and proficiency with various recruiting software and platforms, including ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other industry-specific tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential candidates.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with a track record of managing multiple recruitments simultaneously.
