HR Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager with medium to large company experience (1000-10,000 employees) interested in a succession plan to move up and lead the HR function. Reporting directly to EVP HR, in your role as the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring that our organization has a strong and effective HR presence. You must possess 5+ years’ experience with all HR functions including full cycle recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave administration, policy, employee relations/employment law, culture development, and keen financial acumen. · In partnership with the EVP HR Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
· Directly manage an HR Generalist and HR Coordinator.
· Oversee the full cycle recruitment and selection process. Only 1-2 positions/month.
· Continually mine potential candidates for future roles via social.
· Manage occasional employee relations, conducting investigations, PIP, termination.
· Conduct engaging employee orientation sessions.
· Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources management role
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
· Proven experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits.
· Administer 1-2 FMLA/Leaves per year.
· Assists with the Annual Open Enrollment process.
· Assists with the Annual Performance Management process.
· Limited Job Evaluation/Benchmarking/Compensation activities.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze HR data
· Proficient in using HR systems and software such as Bamboo HR, Paycor, WorkDay, Paycor, or UltiPro.
· SPHR preferred*
