This position will provide recruiting support to our communities for leadership openings in addition to supporting the recruiting efforts for Home Office positions.

What you will do:
- Source candidates for open leadership and Home Office positions and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain job ad postings on Applicant Tracking System and other sourcing sites.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiting agencies, and using additional job-related print and online sources. This role will create applicant sources by researching and utilizing new areas for identifying qualified candidates, to include universities, unemployment centers, etc.
- Screen applicants by conducting preliminary interviews or gathering additional information from candidates to determine job fit using requirements from job description.
- Coordinates management interviews with hiring manager to include scheduling; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours, etc.
- Provides updates and reports on the progress of assigned job vacancies on a regular basis while communicating potential or actual problems or obstacles associated with the recruiting process.
- Process the offer letter, background screening, employment agreement, drug screening, and onboarding for new hires.
- Recruiting related projects.
- Back-up to the Recruiting email inbox, which includes approving offer letters and requisitions, answering questions from communities and candidates, and managing team member access to the applicant tracking system.
What we are looking for:
- Enthusiasm for recruiting.
- A degree in human resources, management, communication studies, or another appropriate degree, along with 1 or more years of experience in recruiting positions.
- Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination Employment Act, and other applicable laws.
- Experience working with an ATS system, Clear Company experience is a plus.
- Effective oral and written communication (will be required to show examples of written communication).
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Must have a driving record that meets the company driver policy.
- While it is rare, our Recruiter may have the opportunity to travel overnight for up to three days with 72-hour notice for recruiting-related matters or events for new Sagora communities.
