Access Healthcare LLC is looking to add Locum Tenens Recruiter to our amazing family. We have an excellent team that works well together and need one last piece of the puzzle to make things work perfectly! The ideal candidate should have a background in the medical staffing field or a strong sales background.
Responsibilities & Requirements
· Building relationships with physicians via phone, email marketing, targeted campaigns on social media, etc.
· Interviewing and qualifying specialty physician candidates.
· Update computer database while ensuring quality and accuracy of information being entered.
· Help and collaborate with licensing, credentialing, and travel support teams to expedite candidate placement.
· Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a locum tenens career.
· Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
· Meet or exceed goals/metrics established by Access Healthcare standards by utilizing resources and adopting best practices.
Requirements:
· Locum Tenens staffing experience required!
· Organizational and time management skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
· Strong relationship building and presentation skills.
· Well-developed negotiating and closing skills preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
