RepuCare, a certified Woman Owned Business (WBE) is looking for an entry-level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate office team. RepuCare provides innovative workforce solutions to Managed Care Organizations, including RPO, special programs and staffing, and the Talent Acquisition Specialist is an important part of our team.
Talent Acquisition Specialist General Description:
Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, contacting, and screening candidates to find the best talent using proactive recruiting techniques to fill openings and exceed client expectations, while building a strong pipeline and network of current and future candidates.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Specific Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive sourcing of both active and passive candidates through research, relationship building, referral networks, complex internet searches, internal database, and job board databases.
- Build relationships with candidates to create an ongoing talent pipeline. Attract candidates by strategically using job advertisements.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess them for appropriate job opportunities.
- Communicate appropriate client information, benefits, and RepuCare mission during screening process
- Advertise postings on various job boards, social media channels, and other partner sites.
- Create and maintain potential candidate & client information in CRM/ATS. Utilize this system to keep accurate account of interactions and meetings.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future needs through cold calling, emailing, professional networking, resume mining, social media, etc.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinate interviews and offers, facilitate the negotiation process.
- Stay current on organizational structure, policies, and federal & state laws regarding employment practices. Stay abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
- Respond to and addresses a variety of candidate, contracted employee and/or client inquiries.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties, as assigned.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams
- Must be skilled working within multiple computer programs at once and toggling between screens.
- Customer service driven, with a positive and friendly outlook
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, but also successfully work on a team.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Education/Experience:
HS degree required. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be a self-starter. Drive and motivation are key components to this position. We are looking for someone with little to no experience who can learn, grow, and flourish in a new career.
