Outreach Recruitment manager -- Job Description
Kid Connections’ Outreach and Recruitment Manager will play a significant role in leading and maintaining our enrollment, outreach and advertising efforts. This person will ensure center is enrolled to capacity yearly, be in-charge of our outreach efforts, yearly student recruitment, and our student registration/enrollment efforts for upcoming school year.

Kid Connections’ Outreach and Recruitment Manager will design and oversee strategies to recruit children for our childcare centers and our GSRP program by partnering with the other organizations and the community to maintain center ensure our enrollment is to capacity yearly; they will coordinate all recruitment efforts. These activities will likely include but are not limited to all forms of advertisement, diverse ways of recruitment, flyer, mail and web-based outreach campaigns, community outreach project management, and other key tasks including:
- Design and oversee implementation of an outreach plan to enroll children into our early childhood education programs.
- Provide project management leadership for direct-mail and web-based outreach and payment elements of the project, including:
- monitor timelines and progress;
- submit and manage outreach project budget;
- facilitate outreach team meetings;
- create a prospect list and a waitlist of possible enrollees’
- provide project updates as needed to director;
- manage administrative tasks, including logistics and documentation as needed
- Supervise and support outreach team in implementing the outreach plan
- Serve as a community ambassador for our centers; attend relevant community meetings, as needed
- Elevate problems or issues as it related to enrollment; as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to manage support team in completing such campaigns
- Ability to organize and implement detailed project plans

- Commitment and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external personnel
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
