Job Description: Junior Recruiter
Location: Navasota, TX 77868- 80% on site
Reports to: Human Resources Director
POSITION SUMMARY
The Junior Recruiter will be an influential member of the STgen Human Resources Department. This position will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and will lead recruiting initiatives, collaborate with immigration lawyers on immigration matters, and assist in supporting an employee population of at least 200 team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment efforts including but not limited to: sourcing, interviewing, advertising, scheduling, candidate assessment, and onboarding and additional follow-up after hire.
- Supporting recruiting activities such as posting jobs, researching and creating job descriptions, offer letter generation, administering assessments, etc.
- Attend hiring events and career fairs
- Maintain all recruitment files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Support the HR team in benefits, payroll and other HR functions as necessary
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline
- 2 years of recruiting experience, human resources experience is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
