HR Administrator support overall tasks such as hiring, onboarding, payroll, personnel management, employee benefit administration, and employee records management. The HR Administrator works closely with other departments to provide customer-focused, effective HR service to the organization for the achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives.
The HR Administrator responsibilities include ensuring that all administrative activities are efficiently addressed, including travel arrangements, lease management, supply and equipment purchasing, file management, administrative support and related activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Corporate stabilization
- Recruitment : prepare and post job advertisements, screen applications, interview coordination, reference check, applicant management, onboarding, etc
- Establishment and operation of personnel strategy and management regulations in the U.S. corporation
- Designing and operating programs if a training course within the corporation is required
- Other management support tasks, such as managing hourly pay and attendance, etc
- Responding to legal or salary issues (consulting with lawyers and accountants)
· Management of local and dispatched workers
- Work with HR in HQ to manage local recruiters and dispatchers' salaries, benefits, visa procedures, etc.
- Monthly salary management such as sharing salary information with accountants and updating the ERP system
- 401K, health insurance, for-profit insurance, paid leave and other benefits management
· Management of personnel records
- Managing records such as employee and recruitment records, various documents such as correspondence and reports, and organizational charts
- Manage confidential information such as employee and organizational matters and security information
· General Affairs
- Management of lease agreements such as office and vehicle lease and warehouse management agreements
- Business trips, inventory management, document storage, and other general office tasks
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
· Bilingual Korean and English proficiency (business level or higher)
· Degree in Human Resources preferred
· 3+ years of increasing responsibilities and relevant experience
· Expertise in recruitment and recruitment processes
· Basic budgeting and management experience
· Must be able to collaborate and communicate seamlessly with different departments
· Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
· Work efficiently to achieve goals within the time limit according to priority
· Experience working in a multinational company or Global HR system
· Working knowledge of labor laws in Texas and the United States
· Ability to adapt to new systems and technology environments
· Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other basic OS skills and collaboration tools
· Experienced data analytics and documentation
