```Duties```
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
- Implement and manage human capital management systems (e.g., Ceridian, Paylocity, Oracle) to streamline HR processes
- Develop and implement performance management programs to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the organization
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Experience in budgeting and managing HR budgets effectively
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and developing effective recruitment strategies
- Experience with human capital management systems (e.g., Ceridian, Paylocity, Oracle)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
