Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s primary function is to work closely with their assigned business units to deliver exceptional talent. As the primary point of contact for their dedicated business unit, the Specialist must fully understand their business unit’s needs and functions to ensure proper cultural and competency fit for open requisitions. The Specialist works closely with the Director to build out specialized recruiting strategies for open vacancies within their business units and to ensure continuity in both candidate and hiring manager experience across all business units. As a people leader, the Specialist supports the development of their direct reports through mentorship, coaching, and professional development.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct interviews for the assigned business units and ensure ample candidate pipelines for both 1099 and W2 positions are in place for quick and effective deployment.
- Act as the sourcing strategist for assigned business units to ensure ample candidate flow at all times.
- Execute the proven talent acquisition process to ensure proper candidate selection and evaluation.
- Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a world-class experience.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for hard to fill and evergreen positions within assigned business units.
- Participate in employment events such as career fairs, when representation is in the best interest of the organization.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to hiring managers on the status of their recruits and recruiting best practices.
- Engage candidates through the training process by ensuring open communication and timely follow up to questions and absences.
- Leverage all organizational tools and resources such as ATS, Sourcing Tools, Time Management, etc. to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field highly preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of talent acquisition, project management, human resources, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- High degree of proficiency in Google Suite and computer operation required.
- Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required.
