FPC International, Inc., is seeking a motivated, technically savvy and strong problem solver to join our Human Resources team as the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist. This position is responsible for full life cycle recruitment and employee integration for various professional, technical roles and manufacturing roles. This role will work hand in hand with the HR team and subsidiary employees to maintain strong working relationships.

Location: This is a Hybrid position with the office located at 4520 Richmond Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH
Reports to: Vice President of HR (who is located in onsite)
Team Dynamics: On a team with the Vice President of HR, HR Manager and HR Coordinator.
The Ideal Candidate will have: Exposure to all aspects of the Human Resources function through previous experience or internships. The successful candidate will possess a willingness to learn, grow and demonstrate a can do attitude.

What you’ll be doing:
· This position will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
· The incumbent will manage recruiting activities including managing a fully integrated kick off meeting with the management team, candidate sourcing, managing recruiting sites and ATS, coordinating onsite and virtual interviews, regular candidate and management communications, coordinating pre-employment assessments and background screening.
· Coordinates pre-boarding of new employees including pre-employment drug testing, background checks, and reference checks, offer letters, maintain open and timely communication among all parties throughout the process.
· Leads the transition from candidate to new hire and then to employee via a strong New Hire and Onboarding process. Sets up training schedules with appropriate teams, conducts new hire orientation, assigns trainings aligned with organizational competencies and ensures effective new hire integration programming.
· Focuses on continuously leveraging new capabilities and improving the Recruiting Gateway, Onboarding & Learning Modules within the HRIS (UKG) for a superior candidate experience.
· Manage all applicable costs closely via managing the annual recruiting budget, candidate costs, appraisals, background checks, onboarding expenses, etc.
· Tracks all metrics related to recruiting through the quality of hire. Reports on metrics monthly and analyzes the data. Makes adjustments as needed to process or tasks.
· Maintains staffing agency contracts, assists subsidiaries with terms. Updates HR team as needed on any changes. Ensures accountability of background checking, temp success and management.
· Collaborates the HR team and Marketing on employer branding initiatives through social media or other channels.
Background you’ll need:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business or closely related field.
OR
· High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding or HR Generalist experience in lieu of a Bachelor degree.
· A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of recruiting experience at all levels of positions including ATS experience required in an increasingly expanded role.
· New hire onboarding or integration experience through the first ninety days. Previous experience in integration programming and new hire development.
