As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Duties:
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for employees, including developing training materials and tracking attendance
- Support succession planning efforts by maintaining employee records and identifying potential candidates for future roles
- Assist with HR sourcing activities, including researching potential candidates and maintaining a database of qualified candidates
- Manage contract administration processes, including preparing contracts, tracking contract renewals, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
