THE OPPORTUNITY:
** We're hiring 2 skilled Recruiters to join our team and drive our growth. **
The Sales Recruiter will engage in sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and engaging a diverse pipeline of Real Estate Sales Agent candidates as they arise at our headquarters in Austin, TX, field offices in San Antonio, DFW, and Houston as well as franchisees. The Sales Recruiter must have superior skills in management interactions, sourcing strategies, candidate negotiations, recruiting outreach and networking, as well as cold calling real estate agents. An Inside Sales mentality is needed for this position as this individual will be helping grow the teams in our satellite offices, and help out as needed in our corporate office. The successful candidate will have excellent time-management skills and the ability to cut through the noise to identify top candidates. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks.
90% of this role will be cold-calling and 10% will be candidate outreach and follow-up.
This is a full time, salaried position that will require working from our corporate office in Austin, Texas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing of real estate agents in different markets through telephone, text, job boards, and other methods
- Create internal partnerships that yield success and credibility by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the hiring managers
- Confer with management and HR partners to identify company staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Understand business strategies and operational goals of organization.
- Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best-practice recruiting methodologies.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Initiate and maintain excellent working relations within our organization.
- Work independently with little-to-no direct supervision.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Source Candidates through outbound channels - Daily calls 200+ daily
- Very strong phone skills.
- Experience in sales/recruiting for sales
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High volume recruiting with an emphasis on phone prospecting
- Proven ability to function and recruit on a local and national level
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities and skills
- Technically savvy - the ability to understand software, hardware, and networks, etc. Google Suite a plus
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong ability to consult and provide on-site recruiting
- Excellent presentation skills
- Can collaborate, create processes, and work well with the recruitment team
- Staffing experience is a plus
The ideal candidate should have approximately 2 years of recruiting experience.
