To be considered for the Travel Nurse Recruiter position, candidates must have 3+ years of prior experience in Travel Nurse Recruiting, with a successful track record of identifying and engaging high-quality candidates. The Travel Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify and attract top-quality candidates to build a robust pipeline for open positions.

Responsibilities of our Travel Nurse Recruiter:
- Identifying and evaluating potential travel nurse candidates nationwide
- Developing a robust candidate pool through various methods such as cold calling, lead generation, utilizing our in-house database, referrals, and social media platforms
- Facilitating the alignment of candidates with suitable positions at healthcare facilities across the nation
- Engaging in negotiations regarding compensation packages encompassing hourly rates, incentives, and optional travel and lodging arrangements subsidized by the company
- Maintaining close communication with your assigned nurses, addressing any on-the-job challenges, providing guidance for future opportunities, and advocating for them effectively, escalating matters as necessary.
- Collaborating with internal credentialing and compliance teams to ensure adherence to client standards
- Liaising with Payroll and Employee Support teams to guarantee accurate and timely compensation for travel nurses on assignment
- Meeting or surpassing designated daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity metrics and performance objectives
Requirements:
- Recruit, onboard, and ensure the retention of traveling healthcare professionals.
- Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Deliver exemplary customer service to our traveling staff while upholding ethical standards and integrity.
- Employ effective communication skills in interactions with client managers.
