Advantage In-Home is seeking a dedicated professional for our In-Home Staffing Coordinator position. The In-Home Staffing Coordinator manages services provided to individuals who require help with self-care due to aging, illness, disability, or other conditions. These services can include assistance with daily tasks, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and respite care. The In-Home Staffing Coordinator makes sure that employees provide services with care and respect, following the policies and standards of the Agency and the industry. This position is based out of our St. Louis office.
Responsibilities
Schedule services for our clients with our trusted Home Makers.
Coordinate schedules for our clients with our Home Makers.
Instruct employees in the use of practices, procedures, and equipment while providing care for our clients.
Build a relationship with our clients and Home Makers.
Assist in resolving any concerns with our clients or Home Makers
Required Knowledge
Home Maker Skills are preferred.
EVV Experience is plus.
Excellent communication skills to provide client and personal care services, including client needs, meeting quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Ability to provide excellent customer services via phone and electronic communication.
Basic computer skills such as maintaining records and completing forms.
Ability to inspire and motivate employees to provide excellent care to our clients.
