Position: Field Recruiter, Full-Time Position
Reports to the Regional Vice President, Operations
Description:
The Field Recruiter supports operations by partnering with the field to ensure assigned locations are staffed with the proper number of highly qualified team members, shift leaders, and assistant general managers. The Field Recruiter is responsible for communicating constantly with the field to identify and understand ops needs, and aggressively executing on daily success routines to meet those ops needs. This will include attending virtual and in-person meetings, interacting regularly with operational leadership, posting and monitoring job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting reference checks, initiating background checks, and onboarding new hires.
Compensation
- Salary range of $70,000 to $85,000
- Period performance bonus of up to $1,000+ every four weeks

Responsibilities:
- Support operations by partnering and building relationships with the ops team to identify and understand hiring needs and target candidate qualifications throughout the market to develop hiring plans for each store
- Support and meet ops needs by executing ops’ direction to source and attract the best talent in the industry in assigned markets
- Meet ops needs by communicating constantly with the field and aggressively executing on daily, weekly, and monthly success routines, which include the following:
- Mine and build the local applicant pool by researching, contacting, and regularly interacting with community service organizations, high schools, colleges, employment agencies, and similar groups
- Perform regular store visits to distribute updated local employment marketing collateral related to current job opportunities and company benefits and to interact directly with the field to identify immediate needs and develop relationships
- Manage multiple job sites and postings to attract applicants in local markets
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews daily
- Manage offer letters, job offers, compensation and benefits details, and onboarding process within online applicant tracking system
- Conduct follow-up with current employees to gauge retention and overall job satisfaction
- Communicate the organization’s market-leading benefits and people-focus to candidates
- Update market leaders and talent acquisition team on a weekly basis with current metrics and hiring results
Qualifications:
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and process candidates based on feedback from ops management and field
- Strong attention to detail, planning and organizational skills
- Strong people-first mentality
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Experience managing multiple job platforms and multiple requisitions
- Ability to drive results through strong written and verbal communication skills and interviewing ability
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
