VIKING YACHT COMPANY, a leader in luxury yacht manufacturing, has an immediate position available in the New Gretna, New Jersey facility to work within the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications include: 5 + years of experience in the Human Resources field, bachelors degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Recruitment and retention programs
- Assist in the administration and implementation of Human Resources programs including Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Wellness and Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to research and resolve employee issues and questions and to clearly communicate policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with leadership on strategic planning and goal setting.
- Assist in the administration and implementation of Employee benefit / Casualty/ Risk / Workers Compensation and Safety programs / projects.
- Provide positive guidance and direction of the corporate culture and employee welfare.
