Job Description:
Physician Recruiter:
-Recruit Physicians via phone calls, networking, residency programs, email, sourcing (doccafe, state boards, lists, etc.)
-Determine recruiting approach through planning for each assigned territory.
-Follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process, including offer, negotiations, relocation, contract signing and availability for the first month of work.
-Work with credentialing and scheduling to ensure all credentials of the physicians are complete and the physician is scheduled.
Other Knowledge and Skills Necessary:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Excellent written, oral and communication skills.
-Negotiation Capabilities.
-Self-driven to exceed goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
-College Degree preferred or equivalent working background. Minimum of 2 year of Recruiting, Sales (Internal or External), or Marketing experience with 1 year in the Healthcare industry, required.
