As the Director of Talent Acquisition you have a crucial role in the success of Nuvia. You are accountable for leading a recruiting team that is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent on a national scale.
Responsibilities:
- Attract top talent to Nuvia at all positions.
- Oversee the budget for recruitment costs and manage all vendor relationships
- Manage regional recruitment budget to ensure appropriate advertising methods are used for best ROI
- Work with the various business leaders to determine recruitment strategies and processes to support their business needs
- Create consistencies across recruiting processes to to facilitate mitigation of risk and improve compliance
- Lead employment branding initiatives to include the creation of content and campaigns to drive awareness
- Create sourcing strategies to fill open positions and the building of pipelines that anticipate future needs
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Develop metrics and reports that identify areas of improvement, trends, and provide visibility to current staffing needs
- Make strategic recommendations to leadership on an ongoing basis as the talent infrastructure is built
- Manage weekly/daily staff meetings
- New recruiters and recruitment support staff are hired and trained appropriately
- Work with Operational leadership to manage recruitment pipeline and identify areas of friction
- Train hiring managers on best hiring practices.
- Participate in and make recommendations for compensation structure to drive competitive pay structure and equity within departments.
- Anything else as required by Company leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition
4+ years leading a team of recruiters
Ability to work at least 40 hours between the hours of 8-5
Results:
- Ensure centers are filled to operational capacity 2 weeks prior to Nuvia 101.
- Maintain a 90% employment capacity rate at all times. Calculated twice a year.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with leadership so they are aware of issues, problems, or challenges.
