As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, Staff, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our talent acquisition processes. Your responsibilities will span across analytics, project management, strategic planning, and training. You'll be the bridge between data insights and effective recruitment strategies, ensuring that our organization attracts and retains top talent.

Duties & Responsibilities
Insights Reporting and Metrics:
- Prepare reports from the Talent Acquisition dashboard, CRM and ATS.
- Provide insights and trends by key demographics (e.g., regional, functional, level, etc).
- Resolve complex escalated issues related to recruitment data.
- Create visually compelling dashboards for key metrics (e.g., time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire).
- Partnering with TABPs, provide trend analysis and forecasting for talent acquisition processes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders and other HR partners to develop data models for recruitment.
- Utilize data obtained through applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media, HRIS systems, and other mediums.
- Generate insights to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Illuminate longer term areas of opportunity through a data roadmap.
- Act as the primary liaison between TA and People Analytics team.
Strategic Planning and Operations:
- Manage operational aspects of recruiting and identify opportunities to drive the efficiency and effectiveness within TA.
- Ownership of TA meeting cadence and agendas; prepare and gather any necessary documents for meetings.
- Partner with TA Business Partners on Talent Acquisition strategic plans and goal setting.
- Understand market conditions, trends, and business growth targets to develop a recruitment strategy.
- Manage change and related team communications.
- Create/Support and maintain the TA training roadmap, collaborate with process owners and Talent Development to create, and maintain relevant training materials.
- Stay current on market trends, business challenges, and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 7+ years of recruiting experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of recruiting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Business, Human Resources, Education, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Management, or Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Project or program management experience
- Ability to learn additional programs as needed (e.g., HRIS systems).
Experience:
- Experience in improving data quality through audits.
- Knowledge of process mapping, SOPs, and overall documentation.

Pay range:
$135,000.00 - $202,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
