Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, HR sourcing, and employee evaluation. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead generation efforts effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct employee orientations and assist in the onboarding process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize Therap or similar software for tracking applicants and managing candidate data
- Assist in contract negotiations with potential hires
- Support HR functions related to sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates
- Participate in employee evaluation processes
Experience:
- Proven experience in recruiting or HR coordination roles
- Familiarity with talent acquisition best practices
- Ability to negotiate effectively with potential candidates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of employee orientation procedures
