Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this position involves comprehensive HR responsibility and support across multiple areas. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting internal and external customers and will have a broad understanding of HR functions, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
The day to day:

Administer all functions of Talent Acquisition including advertising, screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation and extension

Create, edit and maintain job descriptions

Support sourcing efforts for hard to fill positions

Ensure all pre-employment procedures and screenings are completed for new hires and coordinate onboarding of employees

Conduct new hire orientation presentations ensuring a seamless integration into the company

Improve the onboarding and integration processes for a top-notch employee experience.

Support HR Manager with employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

Create reports, collect data and analyze and summarize data for all HR functions

Process HR invoices in SAP system

Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource electronic files

Lead offboarding process of employees including exit interviews, equipment collection and other necessary tasks

Assist with global mobility functions including relocation and immigration needs

Maintain general knowledge of trends, best practices, employment laws, and HR related technologies

Create, update and maintain HR written standards, policies and procedures

Supports other special projects that arise based on organizational need

Maintain and build relationships with all team members. Champion company culture and contribute to a positive employee experience

Is this you?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years experience with proficiency in several HR disciplines

Strong analytical skills with the ability to run reports, work in excel and analyze data

Exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency in HRIS systems, Workday preferred

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Excellent time management skills

Experience in a global environment is preferred
For applicants residing in CO, the salary range for this role is from $65,000-$80,000.
