Accountant / HR manager
Duties:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Process payroll
-Generate annual tax documents
-Assist with general human resources tasks
- Conduct monthly and annual closing processes
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Utilize our property management software maintain accurate financial records
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
