The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for complete end to end, full cycle recruitment activities across multiple lines of business in Canada and the US. will act as a leader supporting hiring managers through the recruitment cycle for job openings across Canada and the US. This role acts as a leader to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
The Talent Acquisition Partner must be a self-starter with a creative approach to seeking out the best talent and an excellent track record of success in their current environment. The successful incumbent must have a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, have a proven ability to handle multiple priorities with great organizational skills, can act as a business partner with an consultative approach and is passionate about talent acquisition.
The role is available for remote work anywhere in the United States, with the stipulation that the working hours align with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration or related discipline.
- Customer-focused working style with a collaborative and consultative approach to partnering with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- 4+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, focusing on full cycle support from posting consultation to onboarding.
- Experience using talent acquisition and recruitment sourcing tools including Applicant Tracking Systems (experience using UKG would be a bonus), LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, recruiting events and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.
- High capacity, with the ability to support different types and levels of vacancies.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and passionate about driving/developing innovative recruitment processes.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a view to improving recruiter, leader and candidate experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, passionate about connecting with people and building relationships with both candidates and leaders.
