Responsibilities:
· Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
· Utilize various proactive sourcing and recruitment tools to manage candidate data and track progress
· Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and lead generation strategies
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
· Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
· Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations during the recruitment process
· Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
· Assist in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential candidates for future roles
· Experience:
Bi-lingual English/Spanish required
· Degree or certification in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required
· Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is a plus
· Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS systems is desirable but not required
· Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
