Summary
Oversees and organizes the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing) program for assigned areas. Manages internal and external recruitment efforts corporate-wide. Responsible for developing the recruitment strategy, identifying, and courting the appropriate talent for open positions. Acts as trusted client advisor and relationship manager combining leading-edge resources and technology to deliver best in class talent for critical business needs. Oversees the full life-cycle recruitment process to include client engagement, strategy development, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and job offers. Provides guidance to Recruiters and Management regarding market employment trends, compensation, skills/abilities, recruitment strategies, interviewing/assessments, and sourcing tactics. Acts as internal consultant on Human Resource policies, procedures, employment practices, and other HR-related issues. Ensures the ongoing and future organizational talent demands are met, exceeded, and measured.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the TA Recruiting team on full life-cycle recruiting processes to include client engagement, strategy development, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and job offers

Build and maintain working relationships with leaders throughout the organization, and partner to understand business objectives related to their talent needs

Stay current on hiring trends, competitor information, and employment market conditions such as supply & demand analytics

Develop and manage reporting, data and analytics necessary track strategic goals of the department in alignment with KPIs, productivity and TA trending

Lead recruitment events and attend conferences to represent the organization and source top talent

Partner with Legal and Compliance departments to ensure our recruitment programs are in compliance with corporate, state, federal, legal, and regulatory compliance requirements

May conduct full life cycle recruiting for executive and difficult to fill positions
To Qualify for This Position, You’ll Need
-
Bachelor's Degree or four years related Human Resources experience

6 years Recruiting/Talent acquisition or Human Resources experience
-
2 years supervisory experience or equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above (may be concurrent)

Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality

Proven experience in attracting and hiring top talent to build effective, high performing teams

Demonstrated ability to build consultative, collaborative business partnerships with hiring management and work effectively with all levels of management across a variety of audiences

Ability to analyze trends and make recommendations to management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a flair for innovative and effective solutions

Must be comfortable dealing with and resolving ambiguous, confidential, and sensitive situations

Must possess a process improvement mindset (or duty-led process improvements)

Must be a self-starter, strong team player, and possess strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to employment to include Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and wage and hour administration

Work Environment: Typical office environment. Travel between office buildings and some out of town travel
What We Prefer You Have

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field.

Work Experience: 7 years of progressive responsibility in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition experience for a large organization, and/or 3 years of Human Resources management experience OR equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above (may be concurrent).

Licenses and Certificates: Professional designation in Human Resources, such as PHR or SPHR.
