Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates, and forecasting hiring needs for all Godfrey & Wing locations.
The ideal specialist will be attuned to the hiring needs of the company and will contribute to its success by hiring talented and reliable candidates. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with each manager for several departments.
Responsibilities:
· Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and
interviewers.
· Maintain our applicant tracking system database.
· Create and implement a full cycle recruiting process to ensure a positive experience for
candidates.
· Maintain and update online job boards, professional networks, colleges, technical schools,
etc.
· Create and review job descriptions for accuracy and compliance and post jobs.
· Recruit for U.S. locations.
· Conduct phone screens for candidates and make sure that they include the qualifications
for the role.
· Coordinate on-site interviews.
· Extend both a verbal offer and a written offer letter to new hires.
· Coordinate on-boarding process.
· Provide a measurement using KPI to distinguish the duration of time and the number of
interviews it took to fill a position.
· Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their
applications.
· Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Represent the company at job fairs, industry conferences, and recruiting events.
· Stay current with market compensation.
· Assist the HR team with various projects, events, and other HR tasks.
· Perform other related duties such as maintaining employee files.

· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other
recruitment systems.
· Efficient in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to think outside of the box.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Paylocity is a plus.
· Ability to travel – up to 10%.
Education
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or similar field preferred.
- At least three years of related recruiting experience required in a manufacturing environment.
