Job Title: Recruiting Support Specialist
CRM Workforce Solutions is temporary staffing company that provides workers specializing in Asbestos, Mold, Lead, and Demolition projects in nearly every state. We have grown substantially in recent years and as we seek to continue this trend, we are looking for a bilingual individual with recruiting experience who can support our project managers in recruiting efforts as well as provide support to other areas of the business. This position is based in Indianapolis, IN.
Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates and coordinating the recruitment process
Completing weekly outbound calls to build candidate database.
Reviewing, confirming, and updating employee information in staffing software
Developing and implementing candidate sourcing strategies using various communication methods
Supporting existing recruiters/project managers by fielding calls and addressing temporary employee questions
Conducting job calls, tracking availability, coordinating placements, and documenting any assignment or employment status changes
Assisting the onboarding team, as needed, by reviewing and verifying employee documents
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience Required: Human Resources – 2 years; Progressive Sourcing/Recruiting – 2 years
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with MS Office applications
Strong phone presence and willingness to make cold calls to a variety of contacts
Staffing industry experience
Previous ATS (Applicant Tracking System) experience preferred
Willingness to work occasionally during evenings or weekends
Pay: Mid-40’s or greater depending on experience plus bonus potential. Good opportunity to advance to a Project Manager / Recruiter role that could provide much greater compensation.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
