Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process by supporting all of Pinnacle’s recruiting needs. You will be responsible for understanding the roles that exist within the organization by partnering with hiring managers to bring in top talent. This role will execute searches for all level positions from entry level to executive positions.
Major Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR Director to deliver on recruiting needs and to manage administrative aspects of the hiring process.
- Post jobs using our ATS and other various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Proactively source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate candidate communications and ensure proper follow-up.
- Build a pipeline of top talent for sales roles and other hard-to-fill positions.
- Assist in the onboarding process, new hire orientation, and necessary HR systems.
- Serve as the initial point of contact throughout the entire recruiting and new hire process.
- Manage our internal referral bonus program.
- Research and identify trends with compensation, perks, and other employee benefits to ensure we remain competitive.
- Partner with hiring managers to educate them on the hiring process, gain insight on talent needs.
- Assist with other HR initiatives such as committees, trainings, presentations, etc.
- Performs other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
