Position Overview
As the HR Director at Boyer's Food Markets, you'll take the helm of their HR operations, ensuring that every aspect of their employee lifecycle runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll spearhead the implementation of HR programs, streamline processes, provide payroll support, and foster a culture of excellence across their organization.
Location and Travel: Orwigsburg, PA (In-office with local travel to multiple store locations as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Lead the charge in designing and executing operational processes that drive HR initiatives forward, including payroll support. From recruitment to retirement, you'll ensure that their HR operations are best-in-class and aligned with their strategic goals.
Team Empowerment: Guide and mentor a dedicated team of HR professionals, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to their overall success. Together, you'll create an environment where collaboration and innovation thrive.
Talent Acquisition Mastery: Craft and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent. You'll oversee every step of the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates receive a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
Compliance and Employee Relations: Ensure that their HR practices are compliant with all regulations and company policies. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to employees and managers alike on matters related to employee relations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree a plus); HR certification preferred
8+ years of progressive HR experience, specializing in operational functions, with demonstrated competencies in business acumen, developing others, relationship management, work organization, and delivering results
Strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
