Responsibilities...
Sourcing and recruiting talent for open job orders
Manage the recruitment process from interview through offer stage
Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
Ability to collaborate and assist teammates
Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in the ATS
Full cycle recruiting (candidate sourcing recruiting, pre-screening, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing)
Ability to multitask and work on several open positions at one time
Requirements:
Accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments
At least 1 year of recruiting or administrative experience (both ideally)
Professional presentation and exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in different types of software (ability to pick up new programs quickly)
Motivated, Detail Oriented, and Entrepreneurial
