SUMMARY: This position is responsible for coordinating the recruitment and brand awareness efforts for Precix. Recruiting and Talent Acquisition is for both the hourly and exempt workforce and includes full cycle recruiting, from generating a pipeline of candidates to onboarding and training support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinate full cycle recruiting process for direct hire candidates.
· Partner with HR team to support the screening & interview process for all candidates, both hourly and salary.
· Assist HR Manager with company-wide employee retention efforts, including how to retain and attract qualified candidates and reducing overall turnover.
· Partner with hiring managers to support existing and anticipated open positions.
· Work with internal HR team to execute new employee orientation and onboarding process.
· Support all Precix social media efforts as it relates to recruiting and talent acquisition.
· Coordinate all recruiting events, including participation in local job fairs.
· Strengthen the Precix employer brand and brand awareness to support all recruiting efforts.
· Act as brand champion, maintaining a positive disposition and influence in all inter-company and external interactions.
· Perform other duties as required or requested.

· None
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources and brand awareness; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Relevant experience within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
· Ability to develop working relationships with all levels of the organization.
· Bi-lingual English/Portugues or English/Spanish is a plus.
· Must excel in a fast-past environment with high volume recruiting.
· Experience with managing social media presence for an organization.
· Ability to work independently and bring to the table ideas to improve retention and turnover.
· Be dependable, well-organized and handle multiple tasks.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality & professionalism
· Must have strong basic math skills.
· Must be able to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work environment consists of mostly office area, may need to enter manufacturing area from time to time that may have exposure to noise, varying temperatures, rubber smells, and chemicals.
