HR & Payroll Coordinator
Part-time (~16-20 hours/week)

WHO YOU ARE
- You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field; or have an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- You’re comfortable developing and implementing new processes and procedures.
- You’ve got a positive, upbeat attitude and are flexible and adaptable.
- If you’re all of the above AND have experience with processing payroll for restaurant/food service businesses, you might just be our dream candidate!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Your job is to handle all human resources and payroll needs for three busy and growing businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Weekly payroll processing
- Process all new-hire paperwork
- Spearhead recruiting and hiring efforts
- Process Worker’s Compensation claims
- Maintain state licensing requirements
- Work with business owners to design and implement human resources best practices
WHAT WE OFFER
- Starting pay rate between $20-25/hour depending on experience
