Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition (EABU), the Talent Acquisition Partner will execute and drive the recruitment strategy set forth by Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) Talent Leadership. This role will strategically partner with Field Leadership and the Talent (HR) Business Partners to ensure we are proactively identifying top talent within their designated regions.
This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule out of any of our RBDC locations within the East Business Unit.
COMPETITIVE MARKET ANALYSIS
Responsible for executing market strategies to ensure appropriate Talent match for Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) regional facilities
Execution of brand positioning amongst local competitors in local key markets
Support the strategy and Talent Acquisition efforts when RBDC enters new markets
Support general talent acquisition needs of the business, as necessary
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND DECISION MAKING
Provide the talent context to support “top talent” decisions for hiring managers
Cultivate relationships with internal leadership and Talent (HR) Business Partners in the designated business region to understand business initiatives and overall strategy
Maintain current market research on the DSD/CPG talent landscape and relevant industry dynamics
PROVIDING A PREMIUM EXPERIENC
Own the candidate experience from start to finish
Deliver a consistent recruiting experience to the business
Take a genuine and timely approach to working with all candidates
Utilize the tools and processes that are provided and set by Talent Leadership
EFFICIENT AND COMPLIANT TA PROCES
Own the full cycle recruiting process from kick-off meeting to new hire onboarding
Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and tools
Adhere to EEOC and OFCCP guidelines throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Utilize diversity recruiting strategies
Experience successfully identifying and recruiting extraordinary talent in a high volume setting
Both agency and internal recruiting experience preferred
Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process
Familiarity working through an ATS, SmartRecruiters experience preferred
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Superb client and change management expertise preferred
Polished communication and presentation skills
OFCCP compliant recruiting experience preferred
Familiarity with the DSD and/or CPG industries, Beverage category knowledge preferred
Diversity recruiting expertise preferred
