Hands from the Heart is actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help seniors age in their home by hiring professional caregivers who are compatible with our clients.

What you will do for us:
- High volume external recruiting for caregivers
- Create and post positions
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Oversee the hiring process to ensure that all applicants are qualified
- Work with candidates to understand their career goals and objectives.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video call, or in-person.
- Develop a recruitment strategy to attract new talent and maintain our current employee base.
- Manage all aspects of the recruiting process from start to finish, including preparing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate relationship.
- Report on performance, productivity, and other key metrics for recruitment and hiring metrics.
- Manage all recruiting initiatives from initial candidate inquiry until onboarding.
- Source applicants utilizing both established and innovative practices, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, referrals, online publications, reverse database searches, and other electronic platforms.
- Respond to all job applications the same day if possible and no later than the next business day.
- Makes follow-up outreach attempt(s) to candidates that do not respond to initial outreach as appropriate.
- Updates applicant/candidate statuses in applicant tracking system in real-time.
- Engage candidate's interest with a sense of urgency (attract a diverse pool through a positive, seamless, and engaging interview process).
- Solicit, organize, and document post-interview feedback from all interview attendees.
- Provide ongoing analytical reporting on recruiting efforts and trends.
- Continuously works to improve the talent acquisition process to meet the changing needs of the business and provide best-in-class recruitment support.
- Assist with new hire onboarding as necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will have:
- B.S. in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field or the equivalent of 5 years of relevant experience
- 3-5+ years of proven successful Human Resources Recruiting and Staffing experience
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make decisions
- Ability to clearly communicate (both verbal and written) with individuals from varying backgrounds and ages
- Ability to work in a discrete manner maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
