Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced In House Recruiter to join our team! As an In House Recruiter at our law firm, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our firm, ensuring that we continue to uphold our reputation for excellence in legal services. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Department Heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods to ensure the selection of high quality candidates
- Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job positing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to proactively address future hiring needs
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in a legal setting
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and the ability to assess legal qualifications and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
