Recruiting and/or Home Health Experience required - Must have worked in the office, not in the field.

The primary roles, responsibilities, and expectations of this position include:
- Assistance and eventually management of intake process, receiving referrals from our partners in the healthcare community
- Recruitment of personnel to provide care for patients in their homes, including RN's, LVN's, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, CHHA's, MSW's, and Registered Dieticians.
- Staffing/Placement of Field Staff and Collection of pertinent data for personnel screening
- Writing and placing ads for the purpose of recruiting
- Acting as concierge to home health patients, including initial call to patients welcoming them to the agency.
- Assistance in billing and payroll
- Insurance verification and authorization for treatment
- Reporting to the administrator with updates in a professional format on a weekly basis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs.
