Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with the business leadership team to understand the business needs and strategic objectives and provide professional HR consulting and support.
2.Responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies with business units, including talent recruitment. Performance Management . Employee relations. Compensation and benefits, etc.
3.Assist the business department to develop and implement employee recruitment plan, ensure smooth recruitment process, attract and retain excellent talents.
4.Provide guidance and support on employee performance management, assist in setting performance objectives and evaluation criteria, and promote employee performance improvement and career development.
5.Handle employee relations matters, including but not limited to employee complaints. Dispute resolution. Handle employee relations matters, including but not limited to employee complaints, dispute resolution, exit interviews, etc., to ensure a favorable employee work environment and teamwork atmosphere.
6.Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs, provide necessary training and development opportunities for employees to improve their professional skills and career development.
7.Participate in the development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs to ensure that compensation levels and benefits are competitive and can meet the needs and expectations of employees.
8.Collect and analyze HR data and indicators, provide data support and suggestions for business decisions, and continuously optimize HR management processes and systems.
Appointment Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, preferably in human resource management or related majors.
2.More than three years of HR management experience, at least two years of business partner or HRBP work experience.
3.Familiar with U.S. labor laws and related regulations, with rich experience in employee relationship management.
4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees and business leaders at different levels.
5.Strong problem solving and decision making skills, able to think independently and handle complex HR issues.
6.Good teamwork spirit and leadership skills, able to effectively work with the team to achieve common goals.
7. Proficient in the use of HR management software and office software, such as HRIS, ADP, etc.
8.Good communication skills in English and Chinese, able to adapt to cross-cultural work environment and work pace.
