Home Care Recruiter
Full-time, direct-hire position with excellent full benefits package!
Salary plus Recruitment bonus plan. Hybrid one day remote.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews
- Schedule interviews for all hiring managers
- Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly
- Hybrid remote and in office
- Base salary plus recruitment bonus plan
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of healthcare recruiting
- HHA and CNA Caregiver recruiting required
- Home care recruiting required
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Social Media Recruitment experience
- Experience attending events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
