As the Junior Agent Recruiter for our growing real estate firm, you will play an integral role in attracting top talent to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective new and experienced agents, booking appointments for the broker and guiding candidates through the hiring process with efficient communication and follow-up.
A key part of your role will be developing creative recruiting and marketing strategies, including crafting compelling social media content on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Your goal is to promote high engagement and drive interest in a career with our firm. You'll also collaborate with leadership to organize local community recruiting events and identify partner organizations and platforms to source promising candidates. Throughout the process, you'll share our unique value proposition, opportunities, and company culture to talent.
Success in this role means meeting recruiting activity quotas by bringing on agents who align with our brand and have potential to grow their business. As our firm continues expanding, we'll rely on you to build robust recruiting pools, improve the quality of new hires through diligent vetting, and coordinate new agent onboarding. With your personable communication style, strong work ethic, and background in business development or recruiting, you can make a direct impact on the growth and success of our real estate firm, and earn an unlimited income at the same time.
Responsibilities | What You’ll Be Doing | Projects
- Scheduling interviews with new and experienced agents
- Coordinate appointments leadership team
- Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process with follow ups and check ins
- Work with Social Media Coordinator to create social media content to promote traffic and engagement
- Collaborate with Leadership to develop community events for recruiting targets
- Partner with organizations, schools, clubs and other platforms to distinguish top talent
- Present our value proposition at informational and open house sessions
- Meet recruiting quotas through metric KPI’s
- Manage CRM and tracking system
- Manage job postings on internal and external sites
Must-Haves
- 1-2 years’ experience in business development, lead generation, cold calling, or sourcing/recruiting
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing and social media marketing preferred
- Ability to make at least 50 cold calls/emails a day
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reside within a commutable distance to our offices
- Willingness and ability to travel to local offices in the future
