Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join our team of mortgage loan officers. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the interview process as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the mortgage lending or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with mortgage lending terminology, processes, and regulations preferred.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in candidate assessment and documentation.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
