People Development Coordinator provides coordination and departmental support to the People Development department.
Responsibilities:
- Provides coordination support to Human Resources/People Development on functional areas contributing to the department’s ability to maintain compliance and overall accuracy.
- Participates in People Development projects as assigned.
- Provides administrative direction and support for both the Annual Leadership and HR Conferences including participating in communications, pre-registration, and on-site registration during conferences.
- Assists with acquisitions and divestitures as assigned to ensure a smooth transition by providing support to the process.
- Participates in policy production, revision, and dissemination.
- Supports the New Associate Welcome onboarding process.
- Assist with data entry of HR Systems (Survey, Applicant Tracking, Human Capital Management, etc.
- Coordinates the International RN recruitment program in partnership with the Director, Workforce Solutions.
- Provides support to the People Development team to promote efficiency by relieving them of administrative detail.
- Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Post-secondary education
- 1-3 years’ experience supporting Human Resources functional areas
