Londonderry Village is growing and so is our Human Resources Department! An opportunity exists for an individual to join our team in the role of Human Resources Coordinator. This is a full-time , salaried position that is generalist in nature. Primary responsibilities include creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance recruitment of candidates for employment, benefit administration, employee relations and handling Worker's Compensation claims.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related Discipline.
- Minimum of four years of experience in Human Resources, including a working knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Knowledge of and ability to use various social Media platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
