We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders and employees throughout Northern California and Reno. We are searching for a leader to provide operational counsel and hands-on activity for business and team member issues. You will have the opportunity to develop HR strategies that improve our business and contribute to the overall advancement of our entire organization.
We need someone who is a self-initiator, able to de-escalate conflict, research to find the truth in a situation, and is dedicated to creating and developing superior internal customer relationships.
Our employee compensation and benefits package
- $70,000 - $80,000 starting salary depending on experience

Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Compliance Expertise – This position, along with assistance from other management experienced in HR and outside legal counsel, will guide the company through HR compliance and best practices.
- Management- This position will oversee the work of the HR Generalist
- Team - We operate in a team environment and it will be critical to develop highly functioning relationships with the various Directors and Department Managers to execute HR strategies that support the business. The HR team should be established as a credible and trustworthy resource within our company. This position fosters a culture of inclusiveness within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- PHR/PHR-CA /SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or similar HR Certification
- Previous experience partnering with senior management
- Proven experience of leading deployment of organizational change

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
