Staying updated on industry and market specific information or trends that could impact the search.

Demonstrate innovation and outside the box thinking with sourcing techniques.

Source candidates via social resume databases and networking sites using Boolean search language as well as other sourcing tools as provided by the company.

Conduct professional and thoughtful phone screens with candidates.

Keep Hiring Managers up to date on any market changes that would impact the hiring process.

Demonstrate industry expertise.

Deliver a strong candidate slate for each opening.

Be a point of contact for the assigned region recruiters to answer any questions.

The ability to manage a bench of at least 25 requisitions. Requisition amount will vary.

Showcase an extremely high level of understanding and become fully engrained in the regional and local recruiting needs.

Partner with internal teams and leadership to ensure successful implementation of acquisitions.

Participate in recruiter/HM meetings, sharing updates and data.

Any other duties as assigned.

High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field is preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and/or recruiting.

Proven ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external partners.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills, all vital for success in a fast-paced work environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Strong research and market analysis skills.

Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.

Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and handling escalations.

Continuous learning about industry trends, recruiting best practices, and emerging technologies.

Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
